Amway traditionally relied on independent business owners to market and sell its products. However, with the rise of e-commerce as the dominant retailing platform, we were tasked with transforming amway.com into a captivating shopping experience and establishing the brand as a recognized lifestyle brand.

Our challenge was to create an engaging and informative user experience that combined utility and emotion with compelling content to drive sales, strengthen the brand, and improve SEO. This involved refining webpage designs, optimizing shopping flows, and enhancing navigation. We shifted the content strategy to be more product-centric, aligning with the personal goals of our target audience, especially those who are  pursuing a healthier lifestyle. Additionally, we enhanced the image hierarchy and visual architecture to align creative assets with our recent rebranding principles.

The result was a premium online shopping destination built on a user-friendly, engaging platform that entices users to explore further down the funnel, driving engagement, loyalty, and sales.
